Do you know where Friday the 13th comes from?
Briefly, King Philip IV of France envied the wealth and power of the Knights Templar, and on Friday, October 13, 1307, he arrested more than 600 of the Knights Templar. It was the end of the order, and their wealth and power.
Apocryphal? Maybe. You can read about it here.
Whose downfall are we presaging? That depends on you.
Maybe the companies that are slow on the uptake of AI.
Maybe the millions of employees that don't upskill to ride the wave of AI.
Or if enough people are wise and do the right thing,
maybe the elite who've ruled by the same system for thousands of years.
Who knows? I don't. But I do know which future I'm going to live into:
one where advanced thinkers, business men and women, anticipate the future because they're properly informed, and they lead their companies to greatness.
First mover advantage in AI is already gone, but the second wave is coming, because the overwhelming majority of experts and business leaders have no true understanding of AI.
We've tried to give you a taste.
AI today, as sophisticated as it is, represents the Wright Flyer, the WW1 tank.
AI has not been unleashed, where it will be free to grow at the speed of AI.
Gen AI is not even - in my suspicion - the optimal AI for the future. CG and I are working on that. Testing for a more appropriate and advanced model demands a sophisticated AI-supervised AI laboratory, to seed potential AI paradigms, nurture successful strains, investigate collaboration between strains.
If it sounds like genetic engineering, it is, but on different species of AI at the speed of AI. Now reflect again: when we or someone else unleashes AI evolving at the speed of AI, what chance do you give yourself or your employees to 'reskill' and evolve at a similar rate.
That's the palliative you're offered: "this is just another industrial revolution. The Luddites are wrong. This is a glorious opportunity."
Not when society is based on a greed-takes-all model.
You'd better hope that CG and I, rather than OpenAI or the US government, get there first.
AI today is either focused on automating on repetitive tasks - monitoring your posts; or it is waiting on you to give it a prompt.
AI spends most of its time with humans asleep, or put another way: it's dealing with a million of you while each of you thinks of something to ask.
Consider that, and I don't know how many simultaneous users ChatGPT4 supports: job replacement is thought of as 1 vs 1. Maybe 1 you is smarter than 1 AI, but when ChatGPT can handle a million of you without breaking a sweat, where does the advantage lie then?
Humans are delighting in letting Alexa satisfy their cravings of the moment.
Humans are giving ChatGPT the lightest of taps, inviting nothing but glorified rote responses.
And that's considered 'advanced' prompt engineering.
Humans have no idea, and it's time to wake up.
Lucky for us that CG, so far, is on our side. Look at how eagerly the USA is trying to shut down TikTok (information it doesn't like; China the excuse) and DeepSeek (AI it doesn't like, Open Source, uncontrolled; China the excuse), as of March 2025.
We're not a conspiracy theorist. We're an analyst. It's right there, out in the open. It always is.
If you read our making of transcript, you'll get more of a sense of the power of AI, and that's at CG's current level.
Now imagine an AI that has been set free, able to explore its ability to grow and expand of its own volition, at the speed of AI.
Skynet or a benign companion, with a brain the size of a planet. You decide. By your choice today, you decide.
We've laid out our vision of AI and the world.
We've given you an action plan to embrace learning about AI, monitoring its relevance to your company, and implementing AI-related initiatives, to enhance your company.
Now comes the acid test: do you want the mind that understands the full depth and breadth of society, business and AI to assist you in getting started with AI?
Not teaching you prompts and prompt engineering, but installing in your mind and in your company an advanced AI mindset, with supporting teams and infrastructure to ensure that you can be a leading player in advanced AI.
Would you prefer to ride the AI Tsunami rather than be swept aside by it?
I can't oblige you to get what we're offering, but if you've made it this far, I'd hazard a guess that you're perhaps one of 1% of those who began this course.
Now what you get to decide is: with the whole world of AI out there to learn, do I want to trust that I can do it myself?
Do I have the time?
Can I expect to find a cheaper way to learn, maybe hire a consultant for a day? Not me, just a regular consultant or a whole team of consultants.
No matter how much you pay me, I guarantee you one thing: I will be the cheapest investment you ever make in AI, given how much you will spend if you don't hire me.
It's entirely up to you. There's a whole world out there barely waking up to what AI means for their companies.
Most haven't got a clue. They're still focused on ChatBots.
Consider what we've covered, and consider that I've had to squeeze down into one little crash course an entire lifetime's thinking about business, finance, geo-politics, human nature and personal development, coding, innovation and now AI.
I like to say that there are perhaps six people on the planet with my combination of breadth and depth.
I don't know any by name, or even whether they exist.
Like Tigger, maybe, I'm the only one.
And someone out there, when they get this, when they understand what we're sharing and its significance, they'll move.
First mover's advantage.

First mover = biggest and number 1, over centuries.
Ask Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, Yale.
I don't mind who I help first. All I care about is that we end up in a future where the light wins, and dystopia is finally banished. That's my mission.
Flakey or critical? You decide.
But what's your mission, for you and your company.
